Hey Lincoln Abes! 💫
Join us for eight weeks of relaxing Vinyasa + Hatha yoga along with your favorite sun salutation on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning January 26th. Grab comfortable/stretchy clothing, a water bottle and a yoga mat (or borrow one of ours) and meet us in the Community Resource Center for an hour of yoga. This level I/II practice will help with flexibility and mindfulness. Yoga is also a great way to soothe stress and trauma. Beginners are welcome. See you on the mat!
