This past week I vacationed in beautiful, sunny San Diego. I walked the boardwalk of Port of San Diego near the USS Midway and brunched at Snooze, Richard Walker’s, and Great Maple. Of course I visited a delicious SD taco truck and strolled Little Italy (a couple of times🤩). Please try Sorrento Ristorante if you happen upon Little Italy. I enjoyed jumping the massive waves at Coronado Beach and other outside adventures – touring the beautiful art and gardens at Balboa Park, hiking Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, jet skiing, and touring downtown San Diego on Bird, Lyft, and VEO scooters.
I did not take a ton of photos. I kept my phone at Hotel Republic as much as possible, attempting to unplug, be present, and enjoy each moment. ♥️
This opportunity to refresh was critical. It reminded me to be proactive about getting away for time with self and family. What’s next? Definitely already booked Fairmont Scottsdale Princess with the kiddos. 😍
