Ladies First self-defense instructor Tasha Ina Church was asked to teach to the youth from the College Success Foundation’s Make it Happen Summer Camp at PLU. She took a group of youth through Aikido joint manipulation, joint locks, and pressure points, teaching the importance of protecting yourself and those around you.
