Ladies First is dedicated to empowering young women to make healthy decisions by promoting free thinking and cultural awareness in their everyday lives. We want to encourage youth to build safe communities, confidence, and trust. This program achieves those goals by engaging our ladies in several activities: body-image workshops, self-defense training, the Assumption Game, cultural awareness discussions, and we have a wide variety of successful women from the Tacoma community coming to guest speak on their journey.
