Ladies First is a school-based learning program dedicated to empowering young women to make healthy decisions while promoting free thinking & cultural awareness in their everyday lives. We encourage youth to build safe communities, confidence, and trust.
This program achieves those goals by engaging our ladies in several activities: body-image workshops, self-defense training, the assumption game, cultural awareness discussions, and we have a wide variety of successful women from the Tacoma community coming to guest speak on their journey.
